I agree with you when you say that listening is an important quality of a leader. A leader who listens establishes great relationships with his or her followers. Listening allows for the understanding of conflict facilitating the best option to execute. When a leader listens to his or her followers it allows for new ventures to be explored by the leader along with the team. The acknowledgement of opinions or thoughts from the followers it motivates them to reach their full potential and exceed in the task chosen. A leader who doesn’t listen to his or her followers impedes a therapeutic relationship with its followers leading to non-results and conflict.
