). Managing stress is a good idea for your overall health and is effective to reduce the risk of heart disease. Daily exercise, avoid smoking, having a positive attitude, healthy diet, healthy weight, and decrease caffeine and alcohol consumption are great ways to relive stress. Figuring out what our stress triggers are is important to deal with it before it gets worse.
