2. Stanford Health Care/Memory Disorders Caregiver Support Group
The Stanford Supportive Care Program provides free classes, workshops, fitness classes,
services, and support to all neuroscience patients regardless of where they receive their care.
Walk-ins welcome.
If your loved one has a diagnosis of Mild Cognitive impairment, he or she may wish to
participate in the Dance to Remember offering located at the Wellness Room 1511 while you
attend this support group.

Grief/Loss Supports
3. Hospice of the Valley
Offers grief support to any person or group who has experienced the loss of a family member
or friend. The counseling programs are run by licensed therapists with sliding scale fees.
Programs are designed to help participants understand the experience of grief, develop healthy
coping skills, and have opportunities to share feeling with others who have also experienced a
loss.
